The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

    Custom or personalised orders
    Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    Digital downloads
    Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
We DO NOT accept returns on custom, personalised orders or made to order items.

Goods MUST be returned in their original packaging, unused and in the same condition received. If they are not in this condition then a refund will not be applicable. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods and we strongly recommend they are sent signed for post - as we cannot process the refund until it is received. Where an item is faulty we may at our discretion refund the return shipping cost paid. Please note that personalised items can only be returned when faulty, due to the nature of the product. Your statutory rights are not affected. We do not refund the original cost of posting. Any returns MUST be made within 30 days.

Note for orders with standard delivery i.e. not courier. If your order cannot be delivered because no-one is in or not collected or an address error it will not be returned to us and it will be destroyed and NO refund is available.
